The people desperately committed to erasing us are busy passing anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and banning books written by and about LGBTQ+ people at an unprecedented rate. What they understand – and the one place where we agree – is that our stories are POWERFUL. Our stories are where we wrestle with justice as we develop empathy and expand understanding of our shared humanity.

Queer activist filmmakers, Jen Rainin and Rivkah Beth Medow, lead Frankly Speaking Films and ensure that the core creative team behind every project has a stake in the communities that the project represents. We embrace inclusivity, work collaboratively and cultivate partnerships that build toward positive social change from day one.
STRONGER TOGETHER
Frankly Speaking Films’ Producers Circle is a community committed to incubating at least 30 projects over the next 10 years, providing upwards of $5 million to fund the critical development phase where projects are born and nurtured.
Members of the Producers Circle make a tax-deductible commitment of $100,000 or more over up to 5 years. To be clear – this is not your mother’s donor circle. Our annual events and retreats feature intimate facetime with some of the industry’s most exciting artists, activists, and creatives in beautiful surroundings. You will connect with the storytellers themselves and experience the impact of what this community is creating together. And you will have unique access to participate in Frankly Speaking’s slate of films, on set and on the red carpet.
